NOTE: AS OF DECEMBER 15, 2010, THE CalPERS BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION HAS APPROVED THE SUSPENSION OF THE CalPERS MEMBER HOME LOAN PROGRAM AND THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW APPLICATIONS.

If you are a CalPERS member, please give us a call to discuss your situation. We have designed a program called the CalPERS Alternative Loan Program that nearly matches what CalPERS was offering and have many other loan programs available to you that might work for you!

The Mortgage House, Inc. is proud to have been an authorized lender with the CalPERS Member Home Loan program.   Our principals were involved with the CalPERS Home Loan Program since its inception, and are proud of our commitment and high quality of service to its members.  Through this program, active, inactive, or retired members of the California Public Employees’ Retirement system (CalPERS), Legislators’ Retirement System (LRS), or the Judges’ Retirement System (JRS) are eligible to apply for our special loans.

Qualifying for these loans is no different than qualifying for any other type of mortgage loan.  Whether purchasing a home or refinancing an existing one, members can feel confident that they are doing business with a previous CalPERS approved lender who is committed to giving them the service they deserve at a competitive interest rate.
