Ira has more than 40 years of experience in mortgage banking. Previously, Mr. Cohen served as Executive Vice President of ARCS Mortgage, Inc., a Bank of New York Company, where he skillfully guided that company’s corporate growth and branch expansion.
During Mr. Cohen’s long and successful tenure at ARCS, the company became the nation’s 27th largest mortgage banking firm, servicing a $10 billion portfolio. Cohen is a graduate of Brandeis University with a degree in Political Science, and attended the Executive Management Program at the UCLA Graduate School of Management.
Allen has also been a mortgage banker for over 35 years. Before forming The Mortgage House, Mr. Satenberg was Executive Vice President of Medallion Mortgage, where he oversaw unparalleled production in the firm’s Southern California and Nevada Regions, as well as secondary marketing operations for the entire company.
Previously, Mr. Satenberg served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for International Mortgage Company, the mortgage subsidiary of giant home builder Kaufman and Broad. Mr. Satenberg is a CPA and a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, with a degree in Accounting.
Ferry has been in the mortgage business since 1985. She currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the company. Ferry is also the company’s Bureau of Real Estate Broker of record.
Before joining The Mortgage House, Inc., Ms. Ajdari held the position of Senior Vice President at Metrocitis Mortgage, Inc., where she guided the company’s in-house lending growth.
Previously, Ms. Ajdari served as the Assistant Vice President of Operations at ARCS Mortgage, the 27th largest mortgage banking firm. She is a graduate of California State University, Northridge with a degree in Business Administration.
Kristi has been with The Mortgage House since its inception in 1995. She brings over 35 years of mortgage banking experience to the team, which includes underwriting, operations, quality control and information systems.
Ms. Magnussen is a past member of Fannie Mae’s Southern California Regional Quality Control Panel and currently holds an NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License. She is a FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriter, a VA Automatic Underwriter and a VA LAPP Staff Appraisal Reviewer.
Kristi is a graduate of California State University, Northridge with a degree in Mathematics with post graduate work in Computer Science.
